Youth: Middle School and High School
Youth Missions...what is it? Youth Groups, team, and Individual Youth participants
work with IMB field personnel on a mission project to accomplish the ministry needs of the missionary. Team leaders and individual youth are responsible for working out the logistics of getting to the field.
Project Group Leader is responsible for trip arrangements such as flight itineraries, visas, immunizations, travel insurance, pre-project study, and raising and taking the money for on-the-field costs to the missionary. Field personnel will arrange on-the-field meals, housing, and in-country transportation, if needed.

| Youth volunteers must be 15 years or older and/or have completed 9th grade |
| Groups must be members of a Southern Baptist Convention Church |

| Groups must complete the online application |
| One adult chaperone (21 Years of age or over) for every 5 youth participants of the same gender |
| Youth teams must complete a separate online registration process including three confidential references. |
| High school students, aged 15 or older, who want to serve individually or with only one or two other students and no team leader must complete an online application. |
| All Groups and Individuals will be required to purchase overseas medical insurance for $2.00/day per person.

What are the qualifications to be a part of Youth Missions ? Youth On Mission MUST:
- Have a solid, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and be a committed disciple of His.
- Be flexible in all situations.
- Be an active part of your church's youth group.
- Have a desire to share the gospel.
- Be resourceful, able to think on your feet.
- Have a servant attitude, thinking of others and your team first.
- Have completed the 9th grade or be age 15 by the time of your project.
- Complete the required, pre-project study.
- Have a valid U.S. Passport.
- Have updated, required immunizations.
- Be a United States citizen.
