Adult Leadership Roles

Adult volunteers in leadership roles are people who have agreed to take a supervisory role for a crew of participants. The adult volunteer leader directs to crew by example at the project site by teaching participants how to achieve the ministry goal. These people must be an adult participant and complete an application that will be submitted to the Ministry Coordinator.
