There are two training opportunities that will greatly
assist you and your team. The Cross Cultural Training is for
every volunteer, whereas the Team Leader Training is designed
specifically for those who lead teams.
CROSS CULTURAL TRAINING
Serving in another culture
is a special blessing but does present certain challenges to
the volunteer. Many state conventions and other entities in
cooperation with the IMB now offer specific training for
volunteers in how to minister in another culture. This
training is invaluable to the preparation of your team. We
urge you to take advantage of

TEAM LEADER TRAINING
As a Team Leader, you will want to
take advantage of special training
for team leaders that is being offered around the country. The
joint effort mentioned above to bring you Cross
Cultural Training for all volunteers also offers a special
