Application Process
Before you can be considered for overseas service, the Student Mobilization Team must receive your completed application.
Take the following steps to ensure that the application you send will be complete. Many required forms will be found throughout the online application process; should you need additional forms, they can be found here.)

Complete the Application. If you are unable to use the online application and would like to have us mail you the Application and Reference forms, contact the Student Mobilization Team! Carefully follow instructions, and be sure to indicate your assignment preferences on your application. Check out the Projects for Individuals!

Distribute the reference forms to the following individuals:
- Pastor
- Youth Minister/Leader
- Sunday School Teacher
- RETURN ALL REFERENCE FORMS TO THE STUDENT MOBILIZATION TEAM.
- Send one passport-size photo with your completed references. Also, send a photocopy of the front two pages of your passport, which show your personal information, picture and signature. IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE A PASSPORT, contact your post office for an application form, or visit this site to apply for a passport. Without your passport, you will be unable to make any further arrangements for service overseas. Obtaining a passport may take as long as two months. It is extremely important that you apply immediately! Passports must be valid for six months past the ending date of the project.
- Application Deadline is April 1. Applications received after the deadline WILL NOT be considered.
Complete the Parental Consent Form with necessary signatures.

- $100 non-refundable* deposit (for International World
Changers projects only)
- Completed Parental Consent Form
