Staff Info
The staff* for an IWC project serves
as an extension of the IWC Richmond office and the International
Mission Board, and is by invitation only. The staff is responsible for the preparation,
execution, and evaluation of the project.

*note: These positions are for people
serving individually and youth groups do not
need to provide these.
Project Coordinator
Examples of your responsibilities include:
- Assist the International World Changers staff and Field
Rep's in preparing for the project and conducts the
project by supervising the participants, schedule, summer
staff, and use of the lodging facility.
- Communicate with Group Leaders concerning preparation
for the project.
Construction Coordinator
Examples of your responsibilities include:
- Assist the International World Changers staff and Field
Rep's in preparing for the project and conducts the
project by providing the materials and knowledge necessary
to carry out the construction element of the project.
- Enlist construction volunteers to help you coordinate
all the construction work to be done during the project.
Ministry Coordinator
Examples of your responsibilities include:
- Assist the International World Changers staff and Field
Rep's in preparing for the project and conducts the
project by providing the materials and knowledge necessary
to carry out the ministry element of the project.
- Enlist non-construction volunteers to help you
coordinate all the ministry work to be done during the
project.
Office Manager
Examples of your responsibilities include:
- Assist the International World Changers staff and Field
Rep's in preparing for the project and conducts the
project by providing the information necessary to carry
out the project.
- Set up and coordinate the International World Changers
project office.
Music Leader
Examples of your responsibilities include:
- Assist the International World Changers staff and Field
Rep's in preparing for the project and conduct the
project by providing the worship aspect of the project
- Conduct worship planning meetings each day with those
involved.
