Money Matters

Here are the basics about how much projects will cost, when deposits are due and other money matters. If you have additional questions, visit the Frequently Asked Questions page, or Contact Us!

Deposit Information
  • A $100 per person deposit is due at the time of registration.
  • The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE
Program Fee Balance Information
  • ALL Payment Balances are due May 1.
  • A $25 per person late fee will be applied to ALL outstanding balances after May 1.
* Program Fees cover:
  • meals
  • housing
  • in-country transportation
  • insurance
  • experienced leadership
  • International World Changers T-shirt
  • pre-project study materials
  • ministry and construction supplies

NOTE: Airfare is not included in program fees. Please review IWC Travel Policy.


Costs on the field
Costs on the field refer to in-country housing, food, and transportation costs.

Other costs related to your mission project can include:

  • Plane ticket
  • New or renewed passport
  • Visa
  • Immunizations
  • Travel to and from the airport
  • Airport parking fees
  • Between-meal snacks on the field
  • Souvenirs
