Individual Students

How to Apply:
  • All individuals over 18 years of age must give permission for a background check in order to complete the application
  • Mail four completed reference forms in sealed envelopes to the address below. It is required that one of the references be from a church pastor or staff member. Please send all reference forms to us at the same time.

  • For High School Applicants Only: Complete the parental consent form with necessary signatures.

  • Mail a photocopy of the identification page of your passport OR a copy of your completed passport application to the address below.

Application Deadlines

Registration begins September 1st.  The final deadline for submitting your application for spring projects is January 15 and for summer projects, March 15th.

We will make assignments as we receive applications. We will not review your file until we have your completed application and all four references. All assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Applications are reviewed within 10 days of an application being completed. A completed application includes the receipt of all four references.
