Study Abroad!
By the Seville Missionary Team

Your college campus is probably overflowing with a myriad of ministries and opportunities to get plugged into Christian outreach. Universities in Western Europe are a little different, and most campuses have little or no Christian fellowship. What can you do about this? Study abroad! This is a great opportunity to become a missionary without getting set behind in your studies, and as a college student you have unique mobility--the chance to pick up your life and move to another country for a year or semester. After graduation, other responsibilities will quickly squeeze this flexibility out. And if you come to Sevilla to study abroad, you can become a part of our team and help us out with the ministry here. One of the biggest challenges for new missionaries is finding a natural way to meet people, and by coming as a study abroad student, you have already overcome this obstacle. Your program will find you accommodations in which you will live with Spaniards, most likely non-believers--the perfect opportunity to let your whole life be a testimony of your faith. Spaniards will want to talk with you to practice their English, and you can use this chance to shower them with God's love. Spaniards won't be the only recipients in this exchange--you will be amazed by how God enriches your life as you witness Him working through you to change the lives of those around you. Your life will not be the same.
