God Turned Evil to Good

From IMB CompassionNet Daily Prayer

God is at work in Gaza! The situation looked bleak last summer when the Baptist church was told that they had to close a lending library and outreach center. The building had housed the library since it opened in 1969. Now there was a new owner, and he wanted them out. Just when the days looked darkest, God moved. Funds were provided for a new building. It is bigger and better than anyone ever imagined! The library in the new building will open this month. Thank God for His great gift. Pray that it may truly be used by the entire Gaza Strip. The church is praying about opening a clinic on the third floor of the building. Please pray for God's guidance. In Genesis 50:20, Joseph, the exiled son of Jacob, told his prodigal brothers, "Ye thought evil against me, but God meant it unto good...to save much people alive." That is true of the work of a Baptist church in Gaza. Pray that many will be brought into God's light and be saved! http://www.palestinian-arabs.com/
