Bandit prays for a miracle
From South Asia Prayer eNewsletter

All glory to the Father for the way He is drawing the unreached peoples to Himself. Read the exciting testimony of one of the men from a Sikh background who attended a training workshop last month: "I was a bandit and was always getting into all kinds of trouble. One day I got in a fight and stabbed a man. The man was bleeding very much, and blood covered the ground. I ran away. I knew that I was in a lot of trouble, for if the man died, I would spend 20 years in prison. Someone had shared with me once about Jesus, so I went and sat under a tree and prayed to Jesus, 'Jesus, if you are really true, save this man's life.'

The man who was stabbed did not die. Jesus saved that man's life, and He saved mine also." This man gave his life to Jesus that very day, and his life has been totally changed. Today he is sharing his testimony and the message about Jesus with many others, and they, too, are giving their lives to Jesus as Lord and Savior. Praise the Father for His power to change lives. Praise the Father for our national brothers and sisters who are faithfully sharing their testimony with the lost around them.

Pray that many more Sikhs will come to know Jesus. www.go2southasia.org
