God Answers Prayers in Senegal

From the IMB's Jola-Fogny Team
Published in CompassionNet Daily Prayer

“We saw many amazing things during the week that a volunteer prayerwalker was here in early November. In the village of Koubalan, around 300 people in two different areas came to pray with us. One young lady came to say thank you, as we had prayed for her in our last prayerwalk because she could not walk after giving birth to a child. She is now walking. In Soutekene, we were allowed to pray in each of the six classes in school. In the neighborhood of Sunni in our village, Bougoutoub, we stopped to pray for some people harvesting peanuts. One of the men asked if we would start a Bible study in his area. We had been asking God to show us where He would like us to start another chronological Bible storying group, so we are praising God for answered prayer. Please pray that the people would choose a day and a time so that we can start soon.”
