A Package of Biscuits

During their conversation, Mali told Julie of a dream she had recently. She had been somewhere in the city where food was being handed out. There were many people around and lots of food. She was looking around when someone handed her a package of biscuits. She didn't see the face of the person, but she took them gratefully. She took the package to her room and feeling very hungry began to open the package. She was surprised that instead of biscuits being inside, there before her was a picture of Jesus! She recognized him and was very happy and thankful. She took the picture and put it up on her wall and thanked God.

Julie recognized God’s answer to her prayers and the prayers. She had recently shared with Mali about Jesus and asked her American prayer network to pray.

A few days later, Julie saw Mali and told her that she had a book about Jesus in Mali’s heart language. Mali was really excited to hear about the book and unexpectedly showed up at Julie’s house then next day in order to receive the book. Julie made some tea and gave Mali the book. Mali was so excited to receive it! She told Julie that she had wanted to know more about Jesus and now she could read it herself.
