Gather the e-mail addresses of 4 people who are willing to serve as references for you (Pastor, Other Minister or Adult Leader, Supervisor/Professor and a Friend).
An application to serve has two components — an online application with references and a background check. Both of these components must be completed before your application can be reviewed. The background check requires a one-time fee of $18. You will receive an e-mail about purchasing this background check after you have completed your online application.
