Advocates Needed

 
Fusion is currently recruiting Advocates who will take the lead in training and disciplining students in the fall semester and ultimately leading Fusion students internationally for the spring semester (4 months overseas). The Advocate challenges high school graduates to an extraordinary commitment to evangelism and discipleship and provides young people a directional process from adolescence into biblical adulthood.  Fusion advocacy is a nine-month commitment (August - May).  
 

Cost and Compensation for the Advocate

 
Fusion provides August-December room and board, travel reimbursement, $1200 stipend, all uniforms, equipment and training or the fall semester. Advocates are responsible for a $2900 International fee that covers all spring semester international travel costs including round trip airfare, all in-country travel costs, in-country living expenses, Fusion orientation and debriefing, all visa fees, and insurance.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 22-30 years old
  • College graduate or prior military experience
  • Strong leader, exhibiting spiritual/personal maturity
  • Passionate about sharing the Gospel
  • Very motivated and flexible
  • International mission experience is useful but not required
  • Have excellent health and fitness
  • Outdoor and wildneress survival experience is helpful but not required.
  • Foreign language experience is helpful but not required. Specifically seeking speakers of Arabic, Albanian, Bengali, Dinka, Kurdish, Nepali, Poshto, Spanish, and Urdu.
