> Sign and return the Team Leader Agreement 
> Use the CiC Manual to prepare your team
> Register your team before Oct 15th

3. Go!
> Contact the travel agent to get ticket and visa
> Send your payment to IMB Students
> Attend orientation in Los Angeles
> Spend CHRISTMAS IN CHINA.

> Choose one of the 3 designated projects for individuals 
> Use the CiC Manual to prepare
