Your
Project Information
We’re working at putting this information online
in a secure environment for you to access anytime you want.
In the meantime, please contact Pam Marth to make changes
or for questions about the status of your project at pmarth@imb.org
or 1-800-999-3113 ext. 1363.
Changes to projects
Our office must know about any changes! Please also communicate
this information also needs to the students assigned to
your project. Keep in mind that once students are assigned
to a project, the project request becoming a binding contract.
Once a student is connected to your project you cannot
edit/change the project. The adult volunteer process allows
you to upload changes to the projects, but the student volunteer
process does not allow these changes. Any changes after
someone is connected must be negotiated through the Student
Mobilization office by contacting Pam Marth via e-mail at
pmarth@imb.org.
While minor changes to the field costs or the dates are
understandable, especially with fluctuating exchange rates,
significant changes to the field costs made after students
are assigned to the project will be the responsibility of
the field to cover.
