Testimony from France

“While I was in France I decided to join an aerobics studio. My main motivation was not to come back looking like I’d enjoyed the French food as much as I actually did, but I also saw the club as a great place to meet people. After I had been attending classes for several weeks, one of the instructors, who was about my age, began to ask me questions about myself. He began to talk about his studies. He touched on philosophy, which led naturally into a discussion about religion. The Lord gave me this opportunity to share my personal beliefs with him and even use a Scripture verse that I had memorized in French. After that the instructor gave me one of the biggest compliments I’ve ever received—he told me that I was different from any other Christian he had met and that he could tell I knew what I believed.”
