Information about insurance

Adams and Associate's insurance will cover you from the time you leave your door to the time you return home.

In your approval packet is a sheet which tells you the login name and password for online insurance enrollment. Once you have logged in you can view the coverage and complete the enrollment form.

Once you receive your project assignment, complete and submit the insurance enrollment form (see the link at the bottom of the page) and your payment to Adams and Associates. DO NOT SEND YOUR PAYMENT TO THE IMB.

After you submit your insurance form and payment, Adams and Associates will send you an insurance card which must go with you on your mission project. YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR INSURANCE FORM AND PAYMENT AS SOON AS YOU ARE ASSIGNED TO A PROJECT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE INSURANCE CARD.
