Project staff

The IWC "packaged approach" to an international mission project includes trained and capable leadership for each location who work closely with our field personnel. IWC project staff serve as an extension of the IWC office and the International Mission Board, and are recruited by invitation only. The staff are responsible for the detailed preparation, execution, and evaluation of the project.
